• When will my order be shipped?

    Generally we will ship out your order on the same day if payment has cleared into our account before the cut-off time of 11:00 am, otherwise, your parcel will be dispatched within the next business day.
  • What happens if my order is delivered when I am not home?

    We utilise a variety of courier services, including Fastway Couriers, StarTrack and AusPost to name a few. Your order will be delivered to your door and a signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is home, a card will be left advising which post office the parcel can be collected from (if dispatched via AusPost), or a calling card will be left with instructions to arrange re-delivery (if dispatched via a courier service).
  • Do prices include GST?

    All listed prices are GST inclusive.
  • Do you offer price matching?

    We’re absolutely happy to take a look at a competitor’s pricing and do our best to match or beat it if possible. We aim to provide our customers with the best possible online price, so we’ll endeavour to beat any competitor’s advertised price where we can, provided that the seller is a local Australian registered business, and the item is identical and currently in stock with our competitor.
  • Why are IZ Living prices so low?

    We’re able to keep our pricing low by being an online-only retailer. This means that we do not have an expensive store front to maintain, and can operate more efficiently so that we can offer our customers the best possible prices.
  • Does IZ Living have a store front?

    No, Futech is an online-only retailer. In order to keep our costs low and pricing highly competitive, we do not operate via a physical store front. All orders must be placed online via our website.
  • Can I pick up an order? Where is your pickup location?

    Yes, order pickup is available from our Mulgrave (VIC) warehouse by appointment on weekdays between 1:00pm-4:30pm once you’ve placed an order with us online. Please note that we are not able to facilitate pickups for orders which are paid for using PayPal - if pickup is required, payment can only be accepted upon order collection from our warehouse via either cash, EFTPOS, VISA or Mastercard or Amex (1.5% service fee applied for Amex). For credit card payments, we do require the physical card to be present in order to process payments.
  • Is this item in stock and ready for dispatch?

    Products that are showing as being in stock on our site are, to the best of our knowledge, available and ready for immediate dispatch. In the rare case that our database does not align with our actual inventory or we cannot physically locate an item, we will promptly refund and inform you of the situation.
  • I’ve placed my order and haven’t received any further updates. What do I do?

    Please email sales@izliving.com.au with the details of your order and we will investigate and provide an update on the status of your order as soon as possible.
  • The item I purchased is faulty, what should I do?

    Please contact our returns department at returns@izliving.com.au with a detailed description of the fault, along with relevant photos/or a short video clip showing the fault that has been encountered. Our returns team will review your claim and respond as soon as possible with further instructions.
  • I would like to return an item that is not faulty, is this possible?

    IZ Living is not able to accept returns where the buyer has simply changed their mind, made a wrong selection, or if the item is not compatible. If you require advice or assistance with your purchase, please be sure to contact our sales/support team at sales@izliving.com.au prior to placing your order.
  • Can I purchase from your website without creating an account?

    Yes, we offer a fast checkout option which doesn’t require any registration. This makes it easy for buyers who wish to make a quick one-off purchase.
