Delivery Information

Delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. As each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it.

 

The majority of orders placed are processed and dispatched the next working day. Please note that credit card payments made after 5pm can take up to 48 hours to process.

Registered Post

 2 - 7 working days for most areas.

 Certain rural areas may require longer.

Express Post

 1 - 2 working days to CBD/Metro areas.

 2 - 3 working days to WA Metro & most country areas.

 3 - 7 working days for rural WA & NT.

 
















Registered Post service will be delivered by Australia Post and requires a signature, so please make sure there will be someone at home to sign for it. Otherwise a card will be left and your parcel will need to be collected from your local post office.

 

 

Please note Australia Post only deliver from Monday to Friday.

Track Your Parcel

To track your parcel please use the consignment number you will receive from Australia Post (via email) when your order is dispatched here; https://auspost.com.au/track/. Your tracking number will look similar to this "64A00000xxxxx"

 

International Delivery

Unfortunately, Futech does not provide international delivery service at this stage. 

 

Payment Information

We accept Bank transfer, PayPal, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard.

For pickup from our warehouse (by appointment), we accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX (1.5% service fee).

All payment needs to be cleared before releasing of goods.
